HARMONY Decaf Blend // Light/Med Roast

Suzanne only drinks decaf coffee, so when I started roasting I set out to roast the best decaf coffee I could, one that I could also enjoy.  This coffee tastes AMAZING and if I didn't know it was decaf before drinking, I think you could trick me.

The Surgarcane Decaf Process (aka EA process) is unbelievable at creating tasty decaf coffee that can go toe to toe with caffeinated coffees.  Caffeine itself adds to some of the perceived bitterness of coffee, so removing it will impact flavor by definition, but the chemistry behind EA process is able to remove 97%+ of caffeine from a bean while leaving everything else mostly untouched, unlike other methods.

This is a light/med roast that gives you tasting notes of cocoa, brown sugar, and some hints of cherry (and sometimes lemon depending on how you brew).  Yum!!!

10oz of coffee makes about 14 cups depending on how you brew.
